A: Electricity, water, parking, and use of the pool are all included in the rental price.
A: Gas (which heats the house in winter) is not included, and must be paid upon check-out. When you arrive and right before you leave, we will read the meter together. There is also a cleaning fee of 10 euros per person due at the end of your stay, with a minimum of € 45 per suite (this is usually taken from the deposit).
A: Each suite is equipped with its own kitchen and dining area so guests can prepare their own meals, therefore breakfast is not included. However, if you are interested in tasting the traditional specialties, homemade meals by a local cook are available upon request in the communal dining room. A: Yes, small pets are allowed.
A: Arrivals and departures are on Saturday. Check-in is between 2pm and 6pm, and check-out is before 10:30am. Please let us know in advance if your travel arrangements will make it difficult to arrive at check-in time.
A: Each apartment is equipped with kitchen and bath linens, as well as appropriate size bed linens and blankets. However, please bring your own towels for the pool.
A: Naturist groups are welcome to practice naturism as long as their group has rented the entire property.
