Umbria, Italy's undiscovered Heartland



Campo delle Margherite is just 10km from Narni, in Umbria.

Umbria has been called the "undiscovered Tuscany" because of its genuine feel and authenticity. It is a beautiful region, still relatively untouched by mass tourism and rich in art and nature. Campo delle Margherite is the perfect place for a vacation focused on nature, culture or just plain rest and relaxation.
 
We are strategically located for exploring central Italy: Spoleto, Todi, Perugia and Lake Bolsena. The train from Narni station will bring you to Rome in just 50 minutes, while Florence and Siena make good day trips.
 








 We take pride in the care and attention to detail we've given to our apartments. We keep the grounds well-tended and invite you to relax by the side of the pool, surrounded on all sides by 74 acres of woods and countryside. Silence and tranquility await you.
 
We also highly recommend the local Umbrian cuisine! Try fresh homemade pasta like manfricoli and ravioli, the region's famous cured meats (norcineria), freshly caught game and lentils.

Directions by car
Exit the A1 highway (Autostrada A1) at Magliano Sabina. Turn left after the toll booths, following signs for Terni. Keep going straight for about 13.6 km on the SS3, until you come to a fork in the road. Turn right at the fork, again following the signs for Terni and Narni.

Go straight on this road for about 1.2 km, then turn right at the sign for Calvi.

After exactly 1,2 km turn left (you will have just passed by entrance gates to a restaurant a few metres before), following the sign for Campo delle Margherite and Fondo la Margherita. Follow the dirt driveway through the woods, keeping right for 0.8  km, until you arrive at the entrance gate to Campo delle Margherite.
